Coach Charged With Rape Counts

A fired John Marshall High School track coach has been charged with four sex crimes, accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.
Coach Elijah Tee Gill, 24, of Oklahoma City, was charged Friday in Oklahoma County District Court with three counts of first-degree rape and one count of forcible oral sodomy.
Coach Gill is accused of having sex with the John Marshall student three times in March.
Police reported Coach Gill was an assistant girls track coach. The girl told police she started communicating with Coach Gill through Snapchat, a social media app, according to a court affidavit.
The girl told police she first had sex with Coach Gill after a Duncan track meet March 11 at his sister’s apartment in Edmond, police reported.
The girl told police she had sex with Coach Gill a second time March 28, after he dropped off several students from track practice, police reported they had sex in his car in the parking lot of an Oklahoma City apartment complex.
Police reported the last encounter occurred after Coach Gill picked up the girl from the school parking lot between 10 and 10:30 a.m. March 31. The girl told police Coach Gill drove her to his brother’s apartment and they had sex, police reported. Coach Gill then
