Ribbon-Cutting Ceremonies Held

Ribbon-cutting ceremonies were recently held in Fayetteville, Ark., to mark the opening of a new studio for two radio stations owned by Perry Broadcasting of Arkansas.
A proclamation was issued by Mayor Lioneld Jordan,_ declaring July 7 as Perry Broadcasting of Arkansas Day.
KISS-FM (105.3) and KQIS-AM (1340), the stations in Fayetteville, are the first venture into Arkansas by Perry Publishing & Broadcasting, which is based in Oklahoma City.
The ribbon-cutting event was held on Thursday.
The company also announced the acquisition of a new station in Tulsa.
July 7 ribbon-cutting ceremonies were also held to mark the on-air presence of KISS-FM (105.3) on the Tulsa airwaves.
Perry Broadcasting owns two other stations in the Tulsa market. It owns other stations in Lawton, Oklahoma City, Anadarko and Duncan, as well as
