Tommie Johnson III Re-Elected as Oklahoma County Sheriff

Tommie Johnson III has won his re-election campaign for Oklahoma County Sheriff, defeating challenger Wayland Cubit in a decisive victory. Johnson received 165,637 votes, while Cubit garnered 119,308, securing Johnson’s continued role as sheriff.

Johnson’s win reflects strong support for his leadership in the county. During his tenure, he has focused on public safety, community outreach, and modernizing the sheriff’s office. His campaign emphasized his commitment to maintaining these efforts and further strengthening trust between law enforcement and the community.

With this re-election, Johnson will continue to serve Oklahoma County, focusing on key issues and goals to improve public safety and community relations.
