Representative Timmons Seeks Re-Election to DIstrict 97

Representative Timmons filed her candidacy for re-election on April 1, 2026. After a landslide
victory in the Special Election to replace Representative Jason Lowe on June 10 2025,
Representative TImmons has made an immediate impact. Through Interim Studies to educate
about issues and concerns in the community she has written and co authored numerous pieces
of legislation in her first term. Representative TImmons filed legislation in the areas of family
and domestic law, criminal justice, state employee pay, education and She has held numerous
town halls and met with concerned constituents and collaborated with State, City, and Local
officials to preserve and bring resources to District 97, from road repairs, Child Care, housing,
Snap benefits, community health resources, mental health advocacy, and paging and
shadowing opportunities for Youth at the State Capitol. She has led her constituents in
environmental and economic concerns and water resource development.


Representative TImmons is ready and equipped to continue the work to keep District 97
moving forward. The election is June 16, 2026. Representative Timmons is dedicated to
continuing the work and is thankful to the community for their extraordinary support.
