Langston University to host 18th Annual President’s Scholarship Gala at Oklahoma City Convention Center

Langston University will host its 18th Annual President’s Scholarship Gala at the Oklahoma City Convention Center on Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. The Gala is Langston’s largest student scholarship fundraiser of the year, and the funds raised benefit Langston students through the funding of both need and merit based scholarships.

The Gala will be hosted by Dr. Ruth Ray Jackson, the Interim President of Langston University, and will feature performances from accomplished singer, songwriter and producer A’ngela Winbush and six-time Grammy Award nominee Tamia. Members of the media are invited to cover the event. Please let us know by Thursday, Oct. 19, if you plan to attend.
