Ben & Jen’s new house

Many people saved up money during the pandemic, you know, when we really couldn’t go anywhere? Well, apparently Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez saved a lot because they just plopped down $60 million in cash for a very large Beverly Hills home.

The house boasts a cinema, wine room, whiskey lounge, a spa with a hair and nail salon, of course, a sauna, and a massage room. Get this, there’s also a 5,000-square-foot sports facility, which includes an indoor pickleball court, boxing ring, and sports lounge. On top of that, there is a two-bedroom guard house because you do need somebody to guard all of this.

Well, they are moving in as we speak. Good for them. They really got a steal of a deal because the same house was going for $135 million in 2018. That’s why I turned it down.
