Iona vs. Alabama: How to watch NCAAB online, TV channel, live stream info, game time

Who’s Playing

No. 10 Alabama @ Iona

Current Records: Alabama 4-0; Iona 5-0

What to Know

The #10 Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the Iona Gaels at 5 p.m. ET on Thursday at HP Field House. These two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.

If there were any doubts why Bama was a heavy favorite Friday, the team quickly laid those doubts to rest. They made easy work of the Oakland Golden Grizzlies this past Friday and carried off an 86-59 victory. The Crimson Tide got double-digit scores from four players: guard Jaden Shackelford (20), guard Jahvon Quinerly (19), center Charles Bediako (12), and guard JD Davison (10).

Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the contest between Iona and the North Alabama Lions this past Saturday was still a pretty decisive one as the Gaels wrapped it up with an 81-65 win.

Bama is now a perfect 4-0 while Iona sits at 5-0. A couple numbers to keep in mind before tip-off: Bama comes into the game boasting the 21st most blocked shots per game in college basketball at six. But Iona is even better: they enter the matchup with 7.8 blocked shots per game on average, good for sixth best in college basketball. Points in the paint might be hard to come by.
