As part of the agreement, Stellantis also reportedly offered to add a battery production facility.

Gun registry hearings this week

Illinois gun rights advocates announced they’ll be testifying at upcoming public hearings around the state’s gun ban and registry. The hearings are scheduled for Springfield Thursday morning at 9:30 and Chicago Friday morning at 9:30. A third hearing is scheduled for next week in Caseyville.
