Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Unveils 2026 Inductees

(AURN News) — This year’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class highlights the enduring influence of artists who have shaped music across generations and genres, according to CNN.

Legendary R&B vocalist Luther Vandross and hip-hop icons Wu-Tang Clan lead the performer category, joined by the timeless, genre-blending sound of Sade.

In the Early Influence category, the Hall honors pioneers who transformed global music, including salsa legend Celia Cruz and Afrobeat visionary Fela Kuti.

Hip-hop’s foundation is further recognized with the inclusion of Queen Latifah and MC Lyte.

They join fellow inductees Phil Collins, Billy Idol, Iron Maiden, Joy Division, New Order and Oasis in this year’s class.
