(AURN News) — Are you one of the customers waiting for your share of the Capital One settlement?
A new report from Yahoo Finance says you may have to wait a little longer.
Capital One’s $425 million settlement payouts are now delayed for one year, or possibly even longer.
Yahoo Finance reported that an appeal was filed in June, which will delay the payments that were set to begin in July. According to the outlet, the lawsuit involves interest rates tied to savings accounts.
Capital One denies any wrongdoing.
