NAACP Calls for Trump’s Removal Under 25th Amendment

(AURN News) — According to a press release from the NAACP, the civil rights group is urging the removal of President Donald Trump under the 25th Amendment, marking the first time in its history it has made such a call.

The organization cited concerns over Trump’s health and what it described as increasingly erratic and delusional behavior, warning that his actions pose risks to national security, military readiness and democratic stability.

Derrick Johnson, president of the NAACP, said Trump’s conduct is dangerous and reflects a disregard for truth and public well-being.

The group pointed to recent statements, including a controversial Easter social media post on Truth Social in which Trump used aggressive and threatening language toward political opponents, as evidence of instability. The NAACP urged the vice president and Cabinet to act immediately.
