Rep. Jayapal Stands With Survivors Ahead of Bondi Testimony

(AURN News) — Members of the Democratic Women’s Caucus were joined by Epstein survivors at a news conference ahead of Attorney General Pam Bondi’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., described what she saw when members of the Democratic Party were allowed to review the unredacted files.

“These people are at the top of governments, academic institutions, billionaires at giant corporations, cabinet secretaries, and the callous depravity of their messages showed that they absolutely believed that they were above the law,” Jayapal said.

“They joked in these emails about pedophiles, about horrific sexual acts with young girls, about creating spaces, entire islands, even, where they could do anything they wanted and get away with it because of their wealth, their power, and their connections. So when DOJ says that there is nothing to investigate, we, the American people, must rise up.”
