Hakeem Jeffries Urges Restraint Ahead of Trump’s Address

What’s the best way for to show their opposition to President Trump’s address to a joint session of tonight? Well, for House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, the answer is clear: resist the temptation to stage dramatic disruptions.
