(The Center Square) – Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias testifies in front of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee about Illinois’ law that withholds tax dollars from public libraries that limit what types of books are available.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at 9 a.m. central.
