This morning, oral argument in the Trump versus Barbara Case is set to begin around 10: 30 and President Donald Trump says he will be in the courtroom marking the first time a sitting US president will attend a Supreme Court oral argument.

Now this landmark case looks at a 2025 executive order that attempts to end birthright citizenship for children of. Undocumented immigrants and temporary visitors.

The case tests the limits of the 14th amendment, but the opponents arguing the order creates a subclass of people. The order attempts to redefine subject to the jurisdiction of the US to exclude children of non.

Citizens, including undocumented individuals. The Trump administration argues that it was meant for only the children of freed slaves and not immigrants.
