starred as Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable alongside Phylicia Rashād as his wife Clair, a successful attorney. Their five children—Denise, Theo, Vanessa, Rudy, and Sondra—along with fan-favorite Olivia, brought heart and humor to millions of households.

At its peak, the show dominated prime time, topping the ratings for five straight seasons. Its impact led to the spin-off “A Different World” and earned multiple Emmy and Golden Globe awards, forever shaping television’s portrayal of Black family life.
