(The Center Square) – House Democrats have a one-seat majority in the chamber that, when combined with the weight of Gov. Josh Shapiro, often leaves Senate Republican leadership on the sidelines.
Democratic Leader Matt Bradford said the party needs to meet them “halfway” if they want to get deals done on skill games, business tax cuts and rainy day savings.
