(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Associate Editor Greg Bishop shares some of the arguments Illinois Statehouse Republicans are leveling in a new lawsuit challenging alleged violations of the state Constitution’s three readings rule.
Bishop also gives the back and forth between Illinois House Speaker Emanuel “Chris” Welch and House Minority Leader Tony McCombie about so-called “pork project” spending. There’s also $5 million in the budget for NASCAR.
