WATCH: Illinois In Focus Daily | Wednesday June 4th, 2025

(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Associate Editor Greg Bishop talks with Andrew Gordon, an attorney and certified public accountant, who just launched Main Street Crypto PAC, a new federal political action committee. The two discuss digital currency regulations and the future of investing in crypto.

Bishop also shares a brief conversation he had with Second Amendment Foundation’s Alan Gottlieb in the aftermath of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to not hear a case challenging Maryland’s gun ban and what that means for cases challenging Illinois’ gun ban.

Finally, Bishop shares moments from Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson’s recent news conference where the mayor was asked about the failure of the state legislature to bailout mass transit with taxes paid by those who may not use mass transit.
