WATCH: Former Gov. Jim Edgar’s bipartisanship remembered; Dabrowski announces candidacy

(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Editor Greg Bishop shares reaction from across the political spectrum to the passing of former Illinois Gov. Jim Edgar and includes some archival footage compiled from BlueRoomStream. Edgar was governor from 1991 to 1999. He passed away at the age of 79.

Bishop also shares some recent political polling about the race for the Republican nomination for Illinois governor, which includes the most recent candidate to announce. Former WirePoints President Ted Dabrowski announced his bid for the GOP spot Friday.
