Haley campaign outraised Biden campaign in Colorado

Before ending her campaign, Nikki Haley (R) had raised the most money from Colorado of all presidential candidates, taking in $1.71 million since the start of the campaign cycle.

Haley raised $650,941 in February. Joe Biden (D) has raised the next most from Colorado, with $1.61 million since the start of the campaign and $258,892 in February.

Twenty-four notable presidential candidates, including those who have dropped out, raised a total of $6.1 million from Colorado donors between Jan. 1, 2023, and Feb. 29, 2024. Thirty-five notable candidates raised $35.3 million in Colorado during the 2020 election cycle, while 25 raised $17 million during the 2016 election cycle.

Looking at the top two fundraisers in February — Haley and Biden:

2,822 individual donations were made to Haley’s campaign in February.Of those 2,822, the largest share, 863 (31%), was between $25 and $49.1,949 individual donations were made to Biden’s campaign in February. Of those 1,949, the largest share, 645 (33%), was between $25 and $49.

Biden has raised 26% of the money donated in Colorado this election cycle. He received 55% of the vote in 2020. Trump has raised 22% of the money donated in Colorado this election cycle. He received 42% of the vote in 2020.
