Families may visit and take photographs with Santa Claus (a.k.a., “Santa Blair”) at the First Security Bank (1541 NE 23rd St.) from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Dec. 10. A Black-owned institution, First Security Bank is a member of the Federal deposit Insurance Corporation.
