Urban Bridge, a local nonprofit based in NE OKC, recently hired Les Thomas, SR. to oversee the expansion of
Urban Bridge programs to include engagement on high school and college campuses. Hope Culture Leadership

of The 3 Levels of Influence, a TEDxOklahomaCity speaker, Master Mentor, and Game Day Host for Oklahoma
Thomas and his wife Mary have been married for 22 years and have two children, Les II and Leilah.

Foundation, Christian Business Mens’ Connection, and on the Executive Committee for A Chance To Change.
“This is a huge step for our community and Urban Bridge is excited to be a part of helping Les invest further into
the students he is passionate about serving,” said Marcus Jackson, CEO & Co-Founder of Urban Bridge. “We are
looking forward to expanding our campus impact under Les’ leadership.”
