Watch Kings vs. Warriors: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Sunday’s NBA game

Through 3 Quarters

Only one more quarter stands between the Golden State Warriors and the win they were favored to collect going into this night. Three quarters in and their offense has really been able to impose its will, dominating the Sacramento Kings 81-67.

The Dubs have been riding high on the performance of power forward Nemanja Bjelica, who has posted a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds along with six assists. Bjelica is close to surpassing his season high of 15. One thing the Warriors have working against them is foul trouble: Juan Toscano-Anderson, Draymond Green, and Gary Payton II have all picked up some fouls.

Sacramento has been led by power forward Harrison Barnes, who so far has dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten boards.

This is the first time the Dubs have been ahead going into the fourth quarter in the past six games.

What to Know

The Sacramento Kings haven’t won a game against the Golden State Warriors since March 25 of last year, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Sunday. Sacramento and Golden State will face off in a Pacific Division battle at 9 p.m. ET at Golden 1 Center. The Kings need to shore up a defense that is allowing 115.83 points per matchup.

Sacramento didn’t have too much breathing room in their contest with the Houston Rockets this past Friday, but they still walked away with a 122-117 win. The victory came about thanks to a strong surge after the first quarter to overcome a 41-26 deficit. Shooting guard Donte DiVincenzo and center Damian Jones were among the main playmakers for Sacramento as the former had 19 points and nine assists in addition to nine boards and the latter dropped a double-double on 17 points and 17 rebounds along with six blocks.

Meanwhile, Golden State narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Utah Jazz 111-107. The victory came about thanks to a strong surge after the half to overcome a 58-45 deficit. Shooting guard Klay Thompson was the offensive standout of the matchup for the Warriors, shooting 8-for-17 from beyond the arc and finishing with 36 points and five rebounds. Thompson hadn’t helped his team much against the Phoenix Suns last Wednesday, so this was a nice turnaround for him.

Their wins bumped the Kings to 29-49 and Golden State to 49-29. Watch the contest and check back on CBS Sports to find out who keeps up the positive energy and who hits a stumbling block.
