26-01368: Montrey Ladon Walter Evans 32 years / Male 05/25/2026 Acute combined methadone and oxycodone intoxication. The injury occurred at a residence in Renton, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

26-01894: Jordan Nathaniel Larson 28 years / Male 07/17/2026 Acute combined drug intoxication including fentanyl, cocaine, and a benzodiazepine. The injury occurred at a residence in Federal Way, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

26-01902: Arron J. Paris 70 years / Male 07/18/2026 Acute drug intoxication including fentanyl. The injury occurred at a residence in Federal Way, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

26-01903: Craig Arthur Leland 68 years / Male 07/17/2026 Acute combined drug intoxication including fentanyl and cocaine. The injury occurred at a residence in Burien, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

JULY 21

26-01915: Mark Leo Davis 56 years / Male 07/19/2026 Acute combined drug intoxication including fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine. The injury occurred at a residence in White Center, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

26-01923: Jan Norman Hagen 65 years / Male 07/20/2026 Hemopericardium with cardiac tamponade, Ruptured aortic dissection, Acute drug intoxication including methamphetamine. The injury occurred at a residence in Seattle, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.
